Baking Arts cooking classes

Richard has lived and worked throughout the United States and Europe. He holds a degree in cellular biology and has worked in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields for over 15 years.

After graduating from the California Culinary Academy Baking and Pastry Arts Program, he has settled into the bay area and has been teaching at Baking Arts for the past 10 years as well as creating wedding and whimsical celebration cakes and cookies for children of all ages (even grown-up kids). Richard also teaches cake decorating at schools internationally and has produced two full length DVDs on cake decorating with modeling chocolate.
